Shipping & Delivery
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times within the UK are usually 24-72 hours.

Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Returns & Replacements
Any unwanted item may be returned within 14 working days from the day it was received if it is in new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, for example GHD irons, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and we will not be accepted by our Returns Dept.

Your return will be processed within 14 working days of receipt, whereupon we will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note.

When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order Number and the reason for the return.
Ordering
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 08:00am - 3:30pm GMT, excluding Public Holidays. We aim to dispatch "in stock" items on the same working day after an order has been placed.

Orders placed during a weekend, Public Holiday or after 3:30pm GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday). You can change your order details as long as the order has not been shipped. This may change delivery times depending on whether the item is in stock. Please contact us to check the status of your order
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron. Your card will be charged as soon as the SUBMIT button is pressed so we recommend that you check your basket carefully before placing your order. All orders are subject to additional security checks once they have been placed. Should your billing address or card holder details not match the details held by the card issuing bank please contact us to confirm the correct information
Viewing Orders
You can view your order history by logging into your account and choosing my orders from the left hand side of the page.
Updating Account Information
You can log in anytime to change or amend your account details. You will need your user name and password to do this .
